A simple, upright booth that relies on its end panels for character. The back is a square block with a cream upper band and a leather lower cushion; the seat is a single thick cushion with a slightly rolled front. At the open end, a timber panel frames the booth: vertical walnut-tone slats in one version, woven cane in a dark frame in another.
Three finishes are shown in a stone-floored, planted interior: cognac leather with a cream band and slatted end; tan leather with a cane end; and sage-green leather with a cream band and slatted end. Each stands on a pale recessed base.
Construction. Hardwood and plywood carcass; slatted or cane end panels set in a solid timber frame and screwed on, so they can be replaced if damaged; back and seat cushions upholstered separately; recessed plinth.
Where it works. Cafés, small restaurants, hotel lobbies and as a single booth beside a window or a planter.
Options. Leather or faux leather colour, slat or cane ends, timber tone, length for two or three, single or back-to-back. Foams and fabrics specified to BS 7176 medium hazard on request.
