This booth is built like a tub chair stretched to sofa length. The outer shell is burgundy leather, curving round the back and arms in one smooth sweep. Inside, the seat and back are tan leather, with loose scatter cushions in tan and ivory along the back. Slim dark metal legs lift it clear of the floor, so cleaning underneath is quick.
In the scheme shown it sits within a fixed surround: a low wall of vertical walnut-tone slats with brass-capped ends, which gives the booth its bay and its privacy while the sofa itself stays a separate, replaceable piece. A white marble-top table on a black twin pedestal and two tan leather shell chairs complete the set.
Construction. Hardwood and plywood frame, foam over webbing in the back and a sprung seat; leather or faux leather outer shell stitched in large panels to keep seams off the arms; powder-coated steel legs with glides. The slatted surround is joinery made to your measurements.
Where it works. Restaurant bays, hotel dining rooms and wine bars that want booth comfort with a lounge look.
Options. Shell and seat colours, leg finish, length for two or three, with or without surround. Foams and fabrics specified to BS 7176 medium hazard on request.
